交叉评查系统是一个基于FastAPI和PostgreSQL的分布式评查协作平台,支持多用户对文档评查结果进行异议提案和投票表决,通过民主化的方式确保评查结果的准确性和公正性。

### 评查任务 (Cross Examination Task)
|
||
- **定义**: 一次评查工作的容器,包含需要评查的文档和负责评查的评查员

- **状态**: `in_progress`(进行中) → `completed`(已完成)

- **作用**: 定义评查的范围和参与者
|
||

||
### 权威参与者 (Authoritative Participants)

- **定义**: 针对特定文档被分配参与评查的所有用户集合
